The Pistick service and website platform (the "Service" or the "Site") is operated by Master Tones Co., Ltd. (Unified Business No.: 83143052; "we," the "Company"), which has established these Terms of Service (the "Terms") for users ("you" or the "user"). Your right to use and access the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, programmers, engineers, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using or accessing the Service.

User Content

Except for personal data, which is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, you agree to grant the Company, its affiliates, and partners a non-exclusive license to any information, feedback, materials, suggestions, ideas, opinions, viewpoints, concepts, know-how, insights, techniques, comments, questions, testimonials, or other communications that you transmit or submit on this Site in any manner (collectively, "User Content"), to use and access such content for any purpose, including but not limited to reproducing, communicating, transmitting, distributing, disclosing, publishing, broadcasting, playing, televising, displaying, developing, manufacturing, or marketing it for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

If you wish to order any product or service displayed on this Site, you may submit an order request through the form provided on the Site. You may need to provide relevant information, including but not limited to your name, contact phone number, email address, address, and other necessary information (collectively, "Order Information").

Submitting an order request through the form does not constitute a binding purchase contract. After receiving your order request, the Company will contact you to confirm the order details, and the purchase contract between the parties is formed when the Company confirms acceptance of the order.

Cancellation Policy

This Service accepts bookings made up to 14 days in advance. However, for specific reasons, including but not limited to product availability, changes in product specifications or prices, errors in Order Information, or other reasons, the Company reserves the right to refuse any order request. If fraud or illegal activity is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse to process an order request. When a customer cancels a booking: no cancellation fee applies if cancelled 4 or more days before the booking date (inclusive); a fee of 50% of the order amount applies if cancelled 3 to 2 days before; and a fee of 100% of the order amount applies if cancelled 1 day before or on the booking date.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites or services. Usage Rules

When using the Service, you must not:

Jurisdiction

All claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by any court, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not render the entire agreement invalid or unenforceable; these Terms shall be construed as if they did not contain the particular invalid or unenforceable provision, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the Company and you regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting, or additional communications. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version of these Terms shall prevail.
