  What events or occasions is it suitable for?

  

  Pistick is a great fit for live events such as brand promotions, weddings and parties, corporate events, and trade shows. It gives attendees an interactive experience and a personalized keepsake, making the event more fun and engaging while drawing a lively crowd.

  Does it support group photos?

  

  Group photos aren't supported at the moment. The system is currently designed around single-person shots and fast generation, so every user gets a consistent, high-quality result.

  How do I get my photos after the shoot?

  

  Once your photo is ready, just scan the QR code on the screen to download the digital file. With the Device plan, you can also print a physical copy!

  Can I customize the experience flow and interface design?

  

  We offer a wide range of preset themes, and our support team is happy to work with you to build a flow and design that's all your own.

  Is on-site technical support provided for events?

  

  Yes. Our staff handles on-site installation, and engineers remain on standby remotely throughout the event to resolve any technical issues in real time and keep everything running smoothly.

  Does the system support user data collection and analysis?

  

  The system provides statistics such as the number of players and how their choices are distributed, and can be adjusted to your event's needs to collect additional event data with users' consent. All collected data is securely transferred to you after the event to support your follow-up marketing and data management. Apart from gameplay statistics, the system never collects or stores users' facial images or any biometric information.
